    My christmas

    We usually get our Christmas tree about 2 weeks before Christmas tree and decorate it a week before we have collected lots of decorations so we never need to buy them .

    On Christmas eve we go looking at the lights and put our own lights up .

    Then i usually wake up at 6PM to open my presents 

    At 1PM we have our traditional roast turkey .

    I hate it when Christmas day is over but it is still one of the funnest day of the year  

    On boxing day usually go to the  boxing day test which is a cricket event every  year which Australia plays In.

    Christmas time is my favourite time of year i just love the feeling of it and giving a receiving presents

    And another good thing about Christmas is seeing all your family usually just in one room I know ill have all my family at my house for Christmas i don’t know about you

    House Swimming Sportimigizmz

    Last Friday we had the house Swimming sports at Geelong College the Houses are Flinders, Mitchell, Sturt and my house Bass I was in 3 events Freestyle Backsroke and Relay My first event was the Freestyle I came first in my heat and at the final I came 4th and my Best Friend Spencer came 1st! .

    My next event was backstroke i came 3rd in my heat and managed to get into the final But in the Final i came 4th again and My friend Spencer came 1st again.

    Then after Breaststroke and Butterfly we had a lunch break Followed By Relay we had in our Team… Zach, Spencer, Jackson and myself . Jackson went first then Zach then Me and Spencer went last We didnt get a very good starty but then we sort of caught up I was swimming as fast as i could because by the time it was my turn to swim we were coming last I think i caught upa little bit but Spencer just couldnt do a enough we Finished last but we Tried as hard as we could but these were the Results for the Relay 1st Sturt, 2nd Flinders and 3rd Mitchell.

    And today we found out the over all Results this is what they were.

    4th- Mitchell

    3rd-Sturt

    2nd- Flinders

    1st- Bass my team!

    it was a pretty fun day even though I didnt get a ribbon it was still very fun!

    DONUTS !

    Today we had maths but not just normal donut maths! what we did was there was 10 people that went outside and inside there were 6 donuts 1 on 1 table 2 on 1 table and 3 on 1 table but the objective was to get as most of the donuts as possible I dont think was a real trick it was mosley just luck! and there were three times we did it i got 3 quarters ofa donut!

    Melbourne Cup 2009

    Yesterday was Melbourne cup day for 2009, The Melbourne Cup is a horse race which lots of people bet on and some people even go there and dress up because it is also a day to dress up and look your best.  The favourite was a horse named “Alcopop” . And after all of the hype on the First Tuesday of November at 3:00pm they were off the early leader was Warringah riden by Damien Oliver he was still leaving after the 1800 mark but  then Alcopop took over the lead followed by basically all of the rest of the horses at the  last 100 metres it was neck and neck beetween Crime Scene at 51 dollars and Shocking at 11 dollars then when they got to the fifty Shocking was creeping away every milisecond then by the Shocking won the the Melbourne cup! followed by  Crime scene and Mourilyan My horse Allez wonder came 8th it was thrilling finish and race but there could only be one winner Shocking!

    15th day in England

    Today I had a  easter egg hut (a bit weird having it in October) at my step grandparent’s house with my cousins it was very fun because their house is really big.

    After we had the hunt we went down to the local park to play cricket for a little bit and then left to go back to our house , we didnt really do much we just chilled out (becuse we were stuffed!)

    12th day in England

    Today I had a tennis lesson with a guy called Barry it was very had and very fun.

    After I played tennis My Dad, My Step Mum, My step Grandma and I went to have lunch at a place called “It takes 2″ Very nice place.

    Then we went back to the tennis courts and played a game of doubles the teams were Myself and my dad V My step Mum and her mum and we won!

    Then we went back to our house and didnt really do much.

    9th day in England!

    Yesterday I went to the local leisure centre and went to the pool there and then went to play table tennis very fun!

    After that we went upstairs to have a drink I got a massive hot choclate! it was soooo yum. When we came back to our house we went for a walk it was very long aswell.

    A little bit after that  my dad and I went to play cricket down at the oval.

    We came back from there and watched the soccer which was Apoel nicosia V Chelsea.

    Today I am seeing my sisters and we are going to go somewhere dont know where.

    7th day in England

    today I went to a place called Wells (a very old place) but it has retail shops now but it still feels very old we went to the cathedral and went up these stairs that were so old  that they were worn because of the many people that have walked up and down there after that we had lunch at another old place (cant remember the name)  after we had lunce we looked around the rest of the place including going to the book shop it was a very nice book shopI b ought some books and will be reading them while I am here.

    When we came back it was 3:00 pm and for the rest of the day we just chilled out I am now watching the soccer + cricket
